10 years ago, a group of locals got together, hired three limos, and took 24 children from the St. Vincent de Paul Village in San Diego for a night of Christmas Caroling down at La Jolla Cove. This year, you will be an instrumental part of making the 10th anniversary a huge success for over 115 children!

Phil will not be there this year, but is available all day and night at 858-602-6361. Thank you all for coming together to lead the 10th Annual CHRISTMAS CAROLING AND LIMO PARTY for the benefit of the children of St. Vincent de Paul.


I.  PICK-UP TEAM LEADER - KIM SORRELLS
- staging of limos
- coordinate with Alma
- staging of Harley’s
- deliver Christmas hats to each child
- load into appropriate limo
- provide gratuities to all limo drivers (one leader to hand out to each driver)
- signal for Harley’s to “move-out” as close to 5 pm as possible

II.  DELIVERY TEAM LEADER - JIM DELAPA
- one person in charge of elevator
- one person to lead each group to elevator
- one person to welcome each group on top floor
- please make sure limos unload as close to the elevator as possible
- make sure we don’t miss any kids that run to the ocean :)

III. FOOD TEAM LEADER - RENE GRANATA
- prior to the event - purchase 2-3 super large salads from local place
- Krista to provide plates, forks, cookies and drinks as per usual
- Dominos will deliver in two deliveries of 25+ pizzas each - Phil will have it paid in advance
- serve each child with a smile :)

IV.  ENTERTAINMENT TEAM LEADER - KRISTA BAROUDI
- Krista to handle location of Harley gift area
- Santa’s seat at usual location
- Jim DeLapa to be at front of line and make introduction to Santa of each child (this is a critical part of the success of the program, saying each child’s name really clearly to Santa,...etc.)
- Tom Ritz and family to lead Christmas Caroling
- PAD SQUAD will work their magic
- Face painters and gifts as per usual

V.  DEPARTURE TEAM LEADER - EVERYONE!
- as per usual, must FORCE the children to leave :)
- one person at top floor, one at elevator, one at bottom
- it is CRITICAL for alot of people to be downstairs when the children leave so as to make sure no one gets lost or hurt (because it will now be very dark,....etc.)
